Who agrees, overcoming emotional feeding is the key to losing weight?

Who agrees, overcoming emotional feeding is the key to losing weight?Who agrees, overcoming emotional feeding is the key to losing weight is the topic that I choose for writing an article. I believe that overcoming emotional feeding is the real key to stop overeating and finally achieve a healthy weight. I would like to know if other people have problems to overcome emotional feeding or eat because they are bored? It took me many years to solve this, and with the help of a fantastic program, I was successful. Fortunately, I have left behind all the fad diets ... and now I am eating attentively all the time.

So, These are some points given below:

Reject the diet mentality: Discard diet books and magazine articles that offer you the false hope of losing weight quickly, easily and permanently.

Make peace with food: call for relaxation and stop the battle for food. Give yourself unconditional permission to eat. In the event that you reveal that you can not or should not receive specific nutrition, you can cause extreme feelings of deprivation that are incorporated with the cravings of wildlife and, in general, accumulate. When you finally give in to your forbidden foods, eating will be experienced with such intensity that it generally results in the last supper overeating and feeling guilty.

Challenge your old beliefs: say "no" to the thoughts in your head that declare that you are "good" for eating less than 250 kilojoules, or "bad" because you ate a piece of chocolate cake. These unreasonable dietary rules have been created from years of diet that have created these dysfunctional beliefs. These beliefs are deep in your psyche and lead to negative thoughts, hopeless phrases, and accusations that provoke feelings of guilt. Eliminating unreasonable feeding rules from your life is a critical step in getting back to normal eating.

Honor your hunger: keep your body biologically fed with adequate energy and healthy carbohydrates. Otherwise, you can activate a primary unit to overeat.

1.     Adapt to your feelings without using food: find approaches to comfort, support, occupy and solve your problems without using food. Nervousness, sadness, fatigue, and indignation are feelings that we all experience throughout life. Each has its own trigger, and each has its own submission. Food will not fix any of these feelings. You can comfort him in the short term, distract him from the pain or even numb him in a hangover for food. But the food will not solve the problems. In the event that anything, eating for an emotional hunger only aggravates your long-term sensation. Finally, you will have to manage the source of the emotion, as well as the inconvenience of overeating.

Honor your health with gentle nutrition: choose foods that honor your health and taste buds while making you feel better. Keep in mind that you do not need to eat an ideal diet to be healthy. Suddenly, you will not get an inadequate supplement or you will gain weight with a snack, a dinner or a day of meals. It is what he eats reliably after some time what counts with Progress, not with perfection

Respect your body - Accept your genetic model. Just as a person with a shoe size of eight would not realistically expect a size of six, it is equally futile to have a similar expectation about body size. Respect your body so you can feel better about your identity. It is difficult to reject the diet mentality if you are not realistic and you are too critical of the shape of your body.

These tips are wonderful and a great help. We await the thoughts of others soon.
